Refund policy

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a refund or exchange.

If you receive an item and it doesn't fit correctly or the color isn't what you expected, we're happy to exchange it for you as long as it's in its original condition with tags still attached. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.

Please note that the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item is being returned due to damage. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange or refund as quickly as possible.
